Real estate agents often take their own pictures using a smartphone or point and shoot camera.
Pictures are used to boost the sales pitch but can, if not done properly, do more damage
. The most common mistake in real estate photographs are skew and distorted
lines (the vertical lines of walls have an impression of being skew)
I use special software to eliminate the distortions during editing resulting in a professional photograph.
Photographing a static room might sound easy, however using a wide angle lens usually gives a false impression of a lager room
and creates more distortions. Using a normal lens, on the other hand, limits the amount of the room that you can see.
 The professional photographer can be creative, use the correct lighting and will supply a realistic picture.
